17.05.2024Heisterkamp Trailer Rental chooses for Talson Mega Trailers for their rental fleet in Holland, Belgium and Germany
With a capacity of 66 euro pallets for each trailer, Heisterkamp Trailer Rental has added another sustainable transport solution to its fleet: eleven new Talson TGG TAL 12/27 Mega Box Trailers. Heisterkamp uses these semi-trailers for customers in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. This is a follow-up order: Heisterkamp already operates several Talson trailers.
The Talson TGG TAL is a self-supporting aluminum semi-trailer that combines low weight with maximum volume. This large-volume trailer has an internal height of 2970 mm (the maximum available in the market) and is equipped with a double loading system. By clicking cross beams into the recessed tie rails in the side walls, the operator can easily create a second loading floor over the entire length.
These semi-trailers (built to customer specifications) are equipped with Talfix side walls. These are anodized panels over the entire height and length, with which the load can be secured in every possible way. Talfix can also be used for attaching load bars. The flat plywood loading floor is equipped with 26 recessed lashing eyes.
Instead of hinged doors, Heisterkamp opted for an aluminum sectional roller door - of course equipped with theft protection. Once unlocked, this door can be opened and closed within seconds with a swift pull.
The Talson TGG TAL 12/27 has specifications that are typical for a mega semi-trailer. The coupling height is 950 mm, so a low liner tractor is required. The Talsons have 19.5-inch rims and the axles have drum brakes.
The quality and finish of these Talsons is of a high level to guarantee a long lifespan.
